How long does shipping take?
We process every order within 1–2 business days of it being placed. Once shipped, current delivery times are 5–9 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, in line with EU consumer protection law. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us with your order number to start a return.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you need a different size or color, contact us within the same 14-day window and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page lists specific size and fit details in the description — for backpacks and beds especially, check the neck/chest girth or dimensions listed before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us with your dog's measurements and we'll help you pick the right size.
How do I use a discount code?
